Because of the limited quantity and only having Youth XL and Adult Small sizes, please email jhcurry@verizon.net to confirm availability. Upon confirmation, a sweatshirt will be set-aside and you will be notified by email. At that point, you can decide to either mail a check and the shirt will be mailed to you (add $3 for postage and packaging) or to pick up the shirt at a Wednesday PISA clinic or near the VA Hospital on Delafield Road in Fox Chapel.
